Jujitsu Roll
Which brand of groin protector do you recommend?
I got an adiddas one thats fine when Im doing muay thai, but not as comfortable when rolling around doing jujitsu. Are the shock doctor ones good? Im thinking about getting the kind that muay thai fighters wear (like Twins). They are made of steel and you have to tie them on with string. Are those ones good? Which brand would you recommend?
I never wear a cup when I roll, then again I don’t wear shorts either.
