How do I lose weight and stay the same strength?
I have been lifting weights heavy and bulked up for about year. Now I have to lose weight to make the weight to make the division for judo. I wanna continue lifting. How do stay the same strentgh but lose the weight at the same time.
Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it’s what you EAT. It’s good to eat lots of fiber.
Here’s my diet – I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie.
