Mixed Martial Arts Fort Worth
I want to take a Mixed Martial Arts?
ok well not to relate to fake movies but if you have seen Never Back Down. I want to learn stuff like that, Like brazilian Ju-Juitzo, Judo, Submission Wrestling, ect. I live in the Dallas, Fort Worth area and are interested in taking something of that calibur next year when i turn 18. Right now im 5 ft 10, and 180lbs. i can bench 175lbs, and leg press 600lbs+. i plan to slim down a little bit more though, probably to about 165lbs but for next year…what style should i take? is it good to start at 18? all info possible is needed.
