Hows this for an amature MMA routine?

Monday: 7.30am-8.30am Run,7pm-8.30pm Grappling(the usual bjj,wrestling,judo ,sambo etc.)
Tuesday:7.30am-8.30am Bodyweight Circuit,,7pm-8.30pm Striking(Muay Thai,Boxing,Karate etc.)
Wednesday:7.30am-8.30am Run,,7pm-8.30pm Grappling
Thursday:7.30am-8.30am Run,,7pm-8.30pm MMA conditionning
Friday:7.30am-8.30am Free weights circuit,,7pm-8.30pm Striking
Saturday:7.30am-8.30am Run,11am-12.30pm Strength Training,2pm-3pm Run
Goal to drop from 320 lbs to at least 270 naturally then being able to cut the last 5 lbs in a sauna for comps etc,got the diet sorted ,low carbs ,high fibre,high protein ,low fats ,no eating after 8 pm etc. just want a few opinions.im thinking 5 or 6 weeks on this might do the trick,i also took work into account

Run at 4 am in the morning!! Do skipping for half an hour a day. Do a boxing workout separate to your muay thai/thai boxing workout!!..
