Someone explain Judo(100KG+ Japan vs. UZB)?

How did Japan win? I don’t know anything about judo tournament rules but to me it looks like the other guy had him on the ground the entire time. The Japanese Judo athlete couldn’t even get him on the ground once. So how the hell did he end up winning.

Was this the gold medal match?

If so, Ishii Satoshi (JPN) was up by a yuko (1/3 point) at the end of regulation time. JPN had a higher score than UZB, therefore JPN wins.
