Karate Shindo
God there are some small styles out there?
I went with my friend to some karate seminars she does a style that is like shindo____ (don’t remember) ryu. But at this yearly seminar there were maybe 50 people. She said that was normal and gueses in the US there are only about 200 people that practice. She says there are only 5 dojoj (inlcuding her won that practice that style) But I saw their like grand master and he was the real sh*t he was like 80, but his technique AMAZING! And he just gave an aura of don’t mess with me, I have never been intimidated by an old man before. yeah but I had never heard of their style but their founder like trained with the guy who created Shotakon karate. Are you ever surprised by how many styles there are?
thats an very small number even for the lesser styles,
there are approximately 50 styles of karate, many of which you would not have heard of the smallest group i have heard about had about 2000 in the united states, i’m not sure of the size of everyone so it is possible there are smaller groups.
shotokan had a lot of offshoots, some were legitimate other not.
no i’m not surprise how many styles there are, since there are well over a thousand styles, if you just count some of the asian countries, there is over 300 kung fu, around 50 karate, and another 50 kobudo styles, i think there was something like over 600 japanese jujutsu styles and over 300 iaido, kendo styles and over 75 tkd. and thats only a hand full of the 180 countries around the world. people keep pasting that Wikipedia link of ma styles, they have no idea how many that link is missing. it fall far short of the actual number.

Kickboxing Goods
What’s a good cardio-kickboxing routine I can do at home?
I love cardio-kickboxing, but can’t afford my gym right now. I want to do it on my own at home instead. Do you know of any good kickboxing routines?
Im not too sure of kickboxing routines, but i know of aeorobic kicks? they’re really good for keeping fit, so maybe you could try this aswell as some kickboxing you already know of 
Aerobic Kick Routine
1. Basic Squats x 20
2. Jog on the spot (30 seconds) [active rest]
3. Squat, side kick (right side) x 20
4. Calf raises (both) (30 seconds) [active rest]
5. Squat, side kick (left side) x 20
6. Jog on the spot (30 seconds) [active rest]
7. Knee lifts x 20. March for 4 counts. Kicks x 20 (right side)
