NEW Kinect Action Games
We have four new kinect action games coming to Xbox to look forward to, there is something here for everyone.
The first is Kung Fu Panda 2 and this will be released on May 24th 2011, this is a kinect action fighting game aimed at ages 10 and up. This is a Kung Fu martial arts type of fighting and the kinect game starts off where the Kung Fu movie left off. The battle between Master Shen and Po
Po, the giant panda is now a dragon warrior and he is protecting the Valley of Peace, defeating gorillas and clans of the dangerous Komodo dragons lead by Xaio Dan to save Gongman City, restore and save Kung Fu!
Fighting isn’t the only activity in Kung Fu Panda 2, there will be other mini games, including one that has you ducking under virtual objects being thrown, and jumping around the room.
The next kinect action game is UFC Personal Trainer and this will be released on June 21st 2011. This is a mix martial arts game with a fantastic fitness program. There are over 70 mixed martial art exercises from wrestling, Muay Thai and kickboxing that will improve your strength and conditioning. Each routine targets specific muscle groups and also has the ability to adjust to your fitness level and goals. The game also includes 51 prebuilt exercise routines, and users can create their own custom regimens from a selection of 12 exercises.
There are personalized training tools that will help you reach your goals, burn calories, lose weight and build strength. The Ultimate training mode will be very popular as you can do so many different drills and get to fight some of the popular UFC fighters. PowerUp Heros is due for release July 14th 2011 and now you can power up and be a super hero. Now you can live your childhood fantasy and save the world from bad and evil.
Each hero has different super powers and you aim to collect up to 20 suits along with their super powers. There are different levels, you can fly solo or against other players online or in the same room, this is a kinect only game and with the kinect sensor you are free to fight or roam the room to display your dominance.
Try and collect up to 20 Super Suits then you take on your opponents each charged with a different set of deadly powers and best them in battle to seize their super suits, strip them of their abilities, and wield their power for your next battle!
In September we will have Fire up Afghanistan – the Chosen Few, now this is a real fighting game in the war in Afghanistan. There are 24 missions and you get the choice of flying a helicopter or plane or you can be a soldier on foot or in a vehicle. You can play from 1-4 players and there are special weapons at each entry level.
Let’s not forget the first kinect action game Fighters Uncaged; this is the ultimate fighting game that gives you a really good workout. This has a 6.6 rating out of 10 from 62 reviews.

please please please tell me if this is enough or help me or give me suggestions for my schedule. i cant take spanish II honors for this year for sophomore year, my grade level coordinator wont allow it because i got a B+ in regular spanish I. my extracurricular activities are: taekwondo, cello, an outside of school orchestra program, and i do clubs for school and am planning to run for officer. please help me this really means a lot for me!
Don’t worry as much about your schedule. The school wants a well rounded person in their school, not a person that is a studyaholic. Given a choice, they will take someone with a lower GPA who is well rounded and has volunteer, civic points on their application rather than everything to do with school (everything you have, aside from Taekwondo, is school related). I was a high school dropout and made it into ASU, which is a Top Tier school. The school will teach you everything you need to know, but they can’t teach you how to be a person.
So in short, worry less about your schedule and more about finding who you are.

Kickboxing or Kyokushin?
i cant decide what to take what cause i want to take Kyokushin but what if im to old for karate(im 17 years old) thats why im thinking of kickboxing cause its kyokushin techniques with boxing and taekwondo i think it doesnt matter what age you are to learn karate but if thats true why is it targeted towards kids please help me also the kyokushin place mixes kyokushin with bjj and they teach face punching and i have a boxing and jeet kune do backround which should i take?
This is the kind of question that you itself must answer, you are the one who knows your capability especially on handling some physical activities.
Besides, style must not be the basis if what to choose, every style has an edge, advantage and disadvantage if we compare them, all you need is a legit instructor that can teach you an efficient skills and knowledge, he can give some important details, an accurate and efficient skills and knowledge.
Just try to visit some dojo near your place, observe and ask some important question, maybe through that effort, you can decide what’s better for you and not.
