Does anyone know any warm ups for martial arts and certain styles of fighting?

I just want to be physically and mentally prepared for martial arts because I’m planning to enroll to one.
Does anyone know any exact warm ups for Muay Thai Boxing, Aikido, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Boran, Shaolin Kung Fu, Karate, Kalari, Kickboxing, Tae Jitsu, Krav Maga, and Mixed Martial Arts.
Can anyone please be specific? Like how many push ups, sit ups, and etc. Please give specific answers if you are an expert. If not then don’t answer. Thanks anyway.

The warm up at my karate school is simple:

-10 (or more) jumping jacks
-10 (or more) sit ups
-10 (or more) push ups
-10 (or more) knee bends

We then stretch (butterfly, legs spread apart, butterfly, legs to the front, butterfly, legs apart (go to left knee… go to right knee) butterfly)
Stand up, run in place.

What is the superior martial arts form?

After watching a lifetime of fun kick ass movies and having fighters tell me from their view point who the best is, (Thai Boxers? Like Tong Po? Taikwando? like Norris, or Aikido? like Segal?} I mean what the hell is the most comprehensive marital arts study?

You’re in for disappointment: there is no superior system. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. Anyone claiming otherwise is either egotistical about their own system or is ignorant of other systems, most likely a combination of both.

There are a number of comprehensive systems, depending on how comprehensive you want it. There’s Shootfighting, Kali, various Silat systems, various Japanese Jujitsu systems, Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, some military combatives methods, you name it.

Realistically, you should have a solid base on one, perhaps two systems, then spend time in other systems gleaning effective principles and techniques from them.
