what is the best way to avoid being kidnapped?
I take self-defense classes, but Im not sure what is the best defense move to protect myself from being kidnapped. please help and be specific. thank you, oh and I take Japanese karate so say the word in english. oh: AND PLEASE HURRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
