Bujutsu Karate

Best martial art that combines the following?
Ive done alot of research but would like a few opinions from people who have experience. Im looking into a martial art that combines Joint locks, takedowns/throws (must have), quick punches and kicks, as well as weapons like the sword or spear (for recreational use). Im about to be a police officer and I already know they teach defense techniques so plz DONT reinterate that fact.
Ive looked into:
Judo (but too many sport dojos, dont seem like enuff real self defense)
Some karate styles like Uechi Ryu and Goju Ryu
Japanese Jujitsu or Bujutsu as some call it
Wing Chun
and
Hapkido (but alot pf ppl say that there are too many techniques and thus watered down unlike boxing)
Any advice would be helpful, and if you have a style that you would like to suggest, feel free, Ill look more into it
You might want to look into the schools that are available in your area and what they teach. Just because one school of one style teaches a sports version of that style does not mean the next one does too. It all depends on the teacher and what they emphasize. One school can teach for self defense, another for sport and the third one for health and fitness yet they are all the same style.
If you are interested in spear and sword you might want to look into chinese martial arts too. However there are many different types of sword and they are all very different so I am a little confused about what you are looking for in a weapon.
