benny the jet urquidez vs mahummad ali in a kickboxing match in the mid 70s; who’d win?
if u dont know bwnny the jet, go look for hinm on youtube.
Traditional American kickboxing rules, I have to go with Muhammad Ali. He had so many tough fights against opponents that earned more in one fight than a lot of Urquidez’s opponents earned in their fight career. Ali was physically more athletically tooled and he was a heavyweight. Urquidez was a fine athlete and a respectable 5’7″ middle/welterweight, but no were nearly as long or powerful as Ali.
However, with K-1 Rules, I think Urquidez’s knees and especially leg kicks would be way too unusual for Ali to deal with. That trademark stiff jab wouldn’t have much umph if he couldn’t move his front leg as quickly.
Benny “the Jet” Urquidez starts with a tough training and conditioning workout and then takes you through the fighing techniques needed to be an effective kickboxer. Includes an exclusive interview with Urquidez along with answers to the most commonly asked questions and an equipment training workout. br brDVD 1: Dynamic Training & Conditioning brDVD 2: Dynamic Fundamenal Fighting Techniques brDVD…
