Mixed Martial Arts Strength Workouts
Is this a good workout/diet plan?

I workout for about 6 days a week, and totally rest on Sunday.
In the morning, I go run with my dog for about 15 min. Then I leave for school (high school, 11th grade), I lift weights at school, I lift for strength, 6 reps, but thats only for about 30 minutes. Then after school I’m the president of Mixed Martial Arts club so we practice and work on interval exercises, and circuit training for about an hour and a half. Then later at night, I do some exercises just using my bodyweight (push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, chin-ups, diamond push-ups). I eat 5 small meals a day, breakfast at 6am (after run), snack at 9am, lunch at 11am, snack at 4:30 (after MMA workouts), and dinner at 6pm. On saturdays I just go for long runs, and work on my sprints. Then I work on the punching bag and some techniques. I eat like no sugar or high fat stuff during the week, but I eat whatever I want on the weekend (I don’t go crazy though). I’m starting this now, does it sound good?

yeah awsome!
