I am 13 and of medium build, Which should i learn judo or Karate?
I was just wondering if i should choose either of these. I want to be able to hold my own in a fight, as well as impress people while also bettering myself inside and out.
i mean impress as in techniques, my friend does tyekwon do and he can break a board above my head.
Thanks for anyones help.
If you can accept/adapt to breakfalling…..Judo
If not…Karate.
