I have a fighting/fitness question. its a two part question and most people can help please?
First question is for fighting. I have slightly more strength then speed, i have a vary grounded body shape like rocky marciano, and am good at grappling, kicking and submissions. should i do judo or Brazilian jiu jitsu or aikido or boxing? which one would be best? My next question is, to increase my punching power, what arm muscle should i workout?

You need to condition your core and learn proper power punching mechanics to increase punching power. Working out your arm muscles specifically for that won’t help. As far as which martial art, go with what you feel is the most interesting and appealing to you.
